Gaëlle Saint-Hilary, PhD
CEO & Founder
With 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong and long-lasting collaboration with academia, Gaëlle Saint-Hilary is a recognized expert in Bayesian statistics and quantitative decision-making. She has worked at developing novel approaches to improve drug development’s performances, e.g. on benefit-risk assessment or innovative designs.

Marie-Karelle Rivière, PhD
Director, Expert Statistical Methodologist
Marie-Karelle is a statistical expert with strong technical competences, driving innovation for more than 10 years in both industry and academia. She provides methodological support to statisticians on complex innovative approaches for clinical trials, with a specialization in early phase dose-finding oncology. She has excellent programming skills and a demonstrated experience in developing R packages.

Anaïs Andrillon, PhD
Statistical Methodologist
Anaïs is a young researcher in biostatistics. She holds a PhD on survival models for dose-finding clinical trials in oncology from the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (Inserm Unit 1153), during which she developed novel statistical methods for early assessment of the toxicity and therapeutic effect of novel anti-cancer agents. She has several publications on Bayesian phase I/II study designs using survival endpoints, or propensity score matching. During her PhD, Anaïs also provided teaching courses in statistics to medical students and other non-statisticians at the University of Paris.

Hugo Hadjur, PhD
AI & Statistical Methodologist
Hugo is a young researcher in computer science and artificial intelligence (AI). He holds a PhD on designing and modeling autonomous and energy-efficient Internet of Things systems, applied to smart beehives, from “Ecole Normale Supérieure” of Lyon. During his education, he developed an acute expertise of innovative machine learning methods and intelligent systems. He is dedicated to cutting-edge research, and his ability to apply his skills in diverse domains – both within and beyond the scope of life-science – makes him an invaluable asset in the evolving landscape of AI and computer science.

Julien Tanniou, PhD
Expert Statistical Methodologist
Julien is an expert statistical methodologist with extensive experience in biostatistics, clinical trial design and real-world evidence. He is recognised for his contributions to subgroup analyses and statistical methodologies, with numerous scientific publications and presentations. His experience encompasses academia, industry, and regulatory agencies, providing statistical input and methodological support.

Drifa Belhadi, PhD
Statistical Methodologist
Drifa holds a PhD on the use of Bayesian decision analysis to design clinical trial in the context of a viral haemorrhagic fever, from the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research. She has extensive expertise in clinical trial designs and analysis, real-world evidence and meta-analyses. In addition to her research, Drifa is also experienced in delivering training courses to both statisticians and non-statisticians.

Mélanie Guhl, PhD
Junior Statistical Methodologist
Melanie is a young researcher in biostatistics. She holds a PhD from the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research on computing uncertainty in nonlinear mixed effects models in the context of sparse designs. Her work focused on developing Bayesian approaches and was applied in the field of pharmacometrics. During her experience in academia, she has collaborated with both regulatory agencies and industry, and has also provided training for both statisticians and non-statisticians.

Marco Ratta, PhD
Junior Statistical Methodologist
Marco is a young researcher in Biostatistics, completing his PhD at the Polytechnic University of Turin. His research focuses on statistical methodologies for clinical trials, particularly group sequential designs, Bayesian dynamic borrowing, seamless designs, and multi-criteria decision analysis. During his PhD, he has collaborated with industry partners and served as a teaching assistant for several undergraduate and graduate statistics courses.

Pavel Mozgunov, PhD
Associate Statistical Methodologist
In parallel to his consulting activities, Pavel is a Programme Leader Track at the MRC Biostatistics Unit, University of Cambridge & NIHR Advanced Fellow. He is widely acknowledged for his expertise in adaptive designs, dose-finding trials, platform trials, and Bayesian designs in general. Pavel works both on the methodological developments and their implementation in trials. Pavel is currently leading the design of multiple clinical trials across Europe, including the National UK platform AGILE for novel COVID-19 treatments. He offers advice in the design and analysis of clinical studies, develops novel bespoke statistical methods, and provides a number of professional development courses.
